Ebay question....

Hey guys,

I just bought something on ebay using Buy it Now and paid for it immediately after.

I then get an automated email from the merchant saying their office is closed and won't be able to ship my product unil Aug 6th. This really defeats the purpose of me using the buy it now as I need it asap and I'm quite pissed.

I called paypal and they said they can't cancel the transaction as my money is already sent.

Visa can't do anything for me either.

Any advices?

Ya, if you don't mind, link us. There are vacation settings for eBay store owners. The seller would have to be pretty irresponsible to not have any mention of that in their listings. But, mind you. August 6th is only 4 business days away, which is a fairly reasonable ship out time. I personally like to get my items out no later than the next day or the day after.
