How Long Until OSAP Confirmation

I filled out OSAP and I sent in the two papers for the signatures yesterday. How long does it take to get an official amount that I will recieve to show up? The reason I ask is the deadline for tuition payment is about 3 weeks away, so I need to pay the difference fairly soon. Should I be expecting it sometime next week, or is it something that's gonna be a few weeks/month of waiting?

U of T financial aid office told me it's typically 3 weeks from the date that OSAP receives all requisite information. Ask about deferring your tuition payment until your OSAP funding is available.

I had a different answer for this. I did my OSAP application online like about 2 weeks ago, handed in the signature papers yesterday (went to the school to hand it in, rather than mailing it) and the person said to come pick up the funds in Sept. :confused:

Nobody's funds are released until september. You don't get your money until you are actually registered in your classes, etc.
As far as confirmation of how much funding you will receive, times typically range from 3 all the way to 10 weeks.
