View Full Version : Help please! regarding UTSG + max. # of courses

im going into 2nd year and have enrolled in max. # of courses.
but if i complete F courses (sept-dec),
can i enroll in more S courses (jan-april/may) if there are spaces?
i will be going on academic probation too btw
(can i get rid of this probation with a medical note?)

Hahaha, medical note for probation. Sorry bud, s*it out of luck. Medical notes only work for exams, even then you have to re-write them.

And if you on academic probation, should you be taking more then the normal amount of courses?

And another note... Can you actually enroll for winter courses already? I can't do that until october.

by max, i'm guessing you mean 5?
there's a certain date where the limit on 5 courses comes off and you can take up to 6.
if you're feeling adventurous (read: masochistic) you can go to the registrar to get 7 courses.

I believe while on probation you can only take 5.
