Hi everyone,

New member & first post on the forums. :)

I'm in search of a sweet deal on a new & well made resin garden shed with floor (I have the Rubbermaid 'Big Max' 7x7', Suncast 7.5x7.5' non 'power package' on my short list, & willing to consider other makes of a similar size).

I've searched CT, Costco, Home Depot, Rona etc for the last few weeks and with the exception of one at CT (Suncast with power package which I don't need & the price was on the high side at $999.00) not much has been available. Money's tight so I'm looking for something on sale.....around $500 - $650.....or naturally better.

If anyone knows of one that is currently on sale or will be on sale in the near future.....please let me know the details. Thanks in advance.

I have the one from Costco, the Keter Summit.
Some people say it looks Hansel and Gretel, but I love it for its space, aesthetics, sturdiness, and no maintenance.
It comes with a nice attic shelf and the side door can be put on either side. Both doors can have padlocks applied.
I have the snowblower, lawnmower, tool shelf, minor sports equipment, and some other things in there without it feeling cluttered.
I put it on an overbuilt concrete slab because of the slight ground slope.

I know $999 is steep from what you said you're looking for.
Maybe they will clear out soon now that we're almost into August and they are changed year to year? not sure.
Good luck.

you can check out the gracious living warehouse on martingrove, north of steeles. prices are pretty good but you'll need either a flatbed truck or a rent a trailer to transport it. they do offer delivery.
