Wow. that's a lot of typing. Thanks OP. I don't get the flyers in my area until late Friday night (which ticks me off to no end), so at least this way I know I can go Friday morning when the sale starts.

Another Hungryman load-up this weekend lol!!!
Too bad it ruins my workout and diet routines. I really love the cheese smothered potato wedges and fried chicken. It always gets me...

Stay away from the seasoned skinless/boneless chicken breasts! The seasoning makes it taste horrible.

Thanks for the warning- I was thinking about getting these. Can you describe the seasoning? And is the meat real chicken meat or is it that preformed stuff?
Thanks!

the chicken appears to be the frozen kind(see flyer, states FROZEN), not the fresh ones...so I would stay away from this as they are preformed pieces and is heavily watered down.

It is amazing how every time this deal comes up, the same discussion ensues.
I asked last time and the "seasoning" is chicken broth. And it is real chicken, non-preformed, non-processed beyond removing the skin and bones and adding broth.

Last time I bought the chicken it was nasty, but someone said it was good.

The No Frills in Peterborough is a mad house from open until close every time they have crazy cheap events like this. Last week, they had back ribs on sale and they where constantly sold out. Thanks for the Post OP. You too NSX for putting down the link. It's good to see the sales in advance.

Well actually it's not too shabby. I've used it to make chicken salad and although frozen, the texture is still good. And it's not salty at all even seasoned.

Stay away from the seasoned skinless/boneless chicken breasts! The seasoning makes it taste horrible.
If they are from the same source that Price Chopper uses they are packed by IFQ Foods Ltd - they must soak the chicken breasts in salt water and freeze them. They shrink to about 50% of their original size when cooking on the BBQ and taste very salty.
IMHO they are horrible.
I buy boneless skinless chicken breasts at Sams Club in Niagara Falls NY - $65 for a 40 lb (4 bags of 10 lbs) case - they are fresh not frozen.
They also have fresh split wings - $14.97 for 10 lbs and ground turkey for $1.99 a pound.
No duty or taxes at the border either.
