question about old Iphone (non 3G)

Just wondering if anyone knows of any way to get updated software with the old Iphones.

Im looking for something that allows me to push my emails to my phone.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but if you mean firmware 2.0 or appstore, then yes, the old iphone does get it. The old iphone should get all the same software that iphone 3G does, unless that app uses GPS.
