I personally found the quality to be not that great. There was a lot of static noise in the earpiece. The voice quality outbound was just as bad and the connection dropped every so often with my phone.


I took it back the next morning. Maybe I just got a lemon?

Most bluetooth devices are compatible with any phone that has bluetooth.. You shouldn't have a problem at all..

Quality problems probably resulted in big number of returns. So now factorydirect.ca is selling refurbished ones for $17.88. If you marked yours before returning it, then you may find it in their shop, along with other lemons and oranges :o

Actually, you're only gold on an annual basis. You have to spend $1000+ each year to qualify for gold status for next year.

I bought this model last year when Wal-mart had them on sale for 39. I didn't like it at all and couldn't find the damn bill to return it. It's been sitting in my desk ever since.

I recently got a free Nokia one that I like MUCH better. Much more comfortable and easy to use.
