In any case I only won (and others had their chances to win) because they did not allow you to participate in the fav. deal poster competition, otherwise you would keep collecting those red banners above your avatar LOL :)

In the past CT deals threads, some RFDers mentioned that they prefer straight flyer posting, and others liked "selected deals" - where I recommended some specific deals as a "best deals" in my opinion (which of course can be wrong, too! :) ).
That's why I decided to combine them. However I cannot post Selected deals right away due to lack of time.
Re: Web only deals : CT normally does not offer "web only" deals, everything you see on the web you can typically buy in the store.

Anything that comes on sale in two weeks - you can buy it today and then bring the receipt within two weeks to CT customer service - they will refund you the difference. Of course this means a little extra work, however if you need something right now - just keep it in mind. :)

This may be so for regular weekly sales, but the CT Manager told me no adjustments being done for last weekend's 2-day sale. I got the booster seat Friday, tried to get the difference on Sunday...no luck.

Has anyone had experience with the fibreglass and wood handle sledge hammers? What types of handle is best for work as smashing concrete and asphalt driveway, driving fence posts into the ground? And what the right size: 6 lbs, 8 lbs or heavier? Looking forward to hear from your experience and thanks in advance for your inputs.

been looking for a cheap (inexpensive) badminton set recently so i bought the one from the front page.. it's pretty crappy.. plastic handles on the racquets, the volleyball is like a rubber ball for the swimming pool.. would return it immediately had i bought it for 30 but 10 bux it's ok.. even if i break one of the racquets i still have 3 left :D
also picked up the wondershade umbrella.. it seemed like a good deal with the telescoping pole and the tripod made it quite sturdy.. it is a bit on the heavy side though..

You cannot attache telescopic brush to the pressure washer - you need to use only wands designed for this purpose.
This brush you can attach to the ordinary garden hose.

I have the "The Shark Plus Canister Vacuum" since 2000 (8 years). My parents bought it for me when I moved in my first appartment.
It's still working great and I use it a lot for in the home and in the car.
The replacement bags aren't that expensive at CT too.
for that price it's a great buy.
Never had to get it repaires or checked for problem.

This Coleman ComfortSmart Air Bed (http://www.canadiantire.ca/browse/product_detail.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=140847439 6674303&PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524442205719&bmUID=1217185304097&assortment=primary&fromSearch=true) probably represents the best value, however keep in mind that this is designed to be as a temporary airbed (for guests, camping etc.), not a permanent one.

Not really, 2 weeks represent the "official" time therefore you less likely to have any problems with your price adjustment. After that - YMMV.
