I just got a speedy ticket this morning, the officer told me that I drive 75/k in a maximaun 50 street. He also charge me that I didnt have the updata car insurance slip( which my insurance is in force).
He said bring the ticket for 'no car insurance slip' to the court and I will be fine( he will not show up for that), for the second ticket he chose the pay option for me, since he suggest that he will reduce my speed to 60 instead of 75. He told me not to bring that ticket to the court because they will know that I was driving in 75 and 4 points will take off.
Should listen to the officer and pay the fine or go to court(some financial book suggest to fright for every ticket), what is the best way I can do? Will my car insurance affect by the this, if I just pay it?

You can still go to court. It all depends what it's worth to you. If he only wrote speeding at 60, that's all you can be charged with. You can try your chances at getting that reduced.
But my questions is, are you trying to say that your Insurance company is at fault because you didn't have an updated insurance slip?? If so, where is your personal responsibility to ensure that you do have an to date slip?

In most jurisdictions the actual law says if you bring proof of insurance to the courthouse within 24 hours or some other time period that ticket is null and void. I would find out ASAP and get out of that one.
EDIT: As for the speeding ticket, most insurance companies allow one xpeeding ticket every 3-4 years without it affecting your rating.

A speeding ticket will increase your insurance for sure. Go to court you may get lucky.
Real story: my friend got a ticket for not obeying the stop sign, $150 and 3pts. He went to court and it appear that the same cop had issued the same ticket to tons of ppl and had court scheduled on the same day. First someone asked if he plea guilty then fine will be drop to $90 and 2pts. Some ppl fine and left but he plea not guilty. Then he was in line to see the judge, a couple of ppl in front of him. A lady in front doesn’t speak must English so requested an interpreter… took awhile to find one. After waited an hour or so the court hours is over… everyone still in line get they case drop.

If you go to the courthouse with valid insurance and visit an intake Justice of the Peace, others are suggesting that the Justice will cancel the insurance slip ticket. I don't think the officers at the Police station will do that.
For the speeding ticket, did the officer already reduce the speed on the ticket, or did he leave it at 75 km in a 50 km zone?
It sounds like he did not reduce it, and was suggesting that you plead guilty to a lower speed of 65 km in a 50 zone, which carries a smaller fine, and no demerit points.

When I got my ticket for doing 85 in a 60 he wrote it down that I was doing "75 km/h in a 60" where he writes the ticketable offence down but at the top left of the ticket he wrote 85 and circled it. When he came to the car and said "Since you pulled over before I signaled you down I see you have some acceptance that of what you did (I blew by him at 85 past an unmarked and I saw him with his radar gun so I knew I was SOL) so I am going to write you down for 75 in a 60, but don't try and go to court and get it thrown out because they will try you with your real speed, 85, and he pointed to the speed writen down in the top left of my ticket.
Who knows.... it was only $50 and no points so whatever.
