Distance Ed. or Regular for CS100 at UWaterloo?

I'm a first year Arts & Business student and I gotta take CS100 for my program. Would you recommend taking it in distance ed. or regular session? I heard it's a pretty boring course and someone at birdcourses.com recommend taking it in distance ed. There's two lecture and two lab session per week, so it'll save me quite a lot of time if I take it in DE.

You learn nothing from lecture anyways - might as well force them to give everything to you in writing...

... Though they DID force us to use a mac and some of the assignments required a mac...
