Huh. The manual transmission Cayenne GTS gets worse mileage than the Turbo S?

Well that just tears it. Thanks for the warning. I will never purchase any of these cars because you have opened my eyes to how evil they can be at the pumps.

You do realize that if you can afford any of the above, you probably don't really care if gas is $2/L or $10/L.

The $12/L is the breaking point :D.

All of those cars probably cost $3+/km to drive, if not more.

I think most people can afford a subcompact Bentley Continental GTC if they can find one. I tried but I couldn't.

At $10/L your weekly fill-up (based on an average commute of 60 km daily) is $800 a week.
Over $40,000 annually just for fuel?

My neighbour is an electrician and drives a massive diesel van and he goes through $500 a week commuting to different job sites! Is he upset...of course, but he has no choice.
It really annoys me when I hear...if you can afford the car, you won't balk at the gas prices. OFF COURSE the prices upset you!!!! Why do you think 'everyday' people can afford to purchase those cars.....because they are frugal!

I can afford my car and I don't balk at gas prices. I hope they double so the poseurs can stay at home and count their money and leave the roads for the rest of us.
