Negotiation room on Lexus vehicles?

Looking to purchase a used IS-250 (about 5 months with 6,000 KM) and remainder of factory warranty. How much negotiation room is there generally on a) Lexus vehicles and b) used vehicles in general?

I got my new IS250 AWD for 2K below MSRP. Others have done better. There's a 4K markup on the IS.

i'm assuming that carcost/apa do not help for used vehicles?

If one can get $2k off msrp for a new IS, I would aim for no less than $5k off a 1/2 yr old used car.

The only thing is that the IS price drop was in February. If it was originally sold before that, it had an MSRP which was 4500 higher.
