pay as go in Rogers

Just wondering if I use my own unlocked phone as a pay as go phone in Rogers, do I need to pay any extra money to start? Any activation fee? Do I need to pay to get a Rogers Sim card?

I got a pay as you go card last month, i think there is about 40 dollar fee for the sim card, no activation fee and then you buy the air time as much as you want on top of that.

I can't help you with your current quetion but I know you can find simcards for cheaper then that, probably on rfd BST or hofo BST. Shouldn't be any more then $10.


As for activation, I can't remember if you have to pay a fee or not.
