* Unlimited Evenings/Weekends
* Message Waiting Indicator
* Conference Calling
* Call Waiting
* Caller ID
* Outbound Call Display On


Those are the included features, do i get outgoing texts for free?

Probably best to directly call your service provider and ask because "Text Messaging Services" is such a vague description. But it looks like the Telus EPP plan so I'm sure someone here has it and has an answer for you.

EVERYONE gets TEXT Messaging service. you can send / receive at 15 cents per message. if you want to get a certain ammount of messagse, you need to subscribe to a Text BUNDLE, if you want to sen Tex to da peeleepeenes, you also need to subscribe to a different bundle

Yea, i know anyone can text, but what im asking is does that say i get free OUTGOING texts?

I signed up for the Telus EPP 17.30 plan about a year and a half ago and no, it didn't include any free texts.
