Price check: 1st gen iPhone prices?

Now that the new version has been released I was thinking that the previous model should be dropping in price now in BST etc.

Anybody have an idea what'd be a fair price for an unlocked iPhone? (I guess near mint just to have a baseline for the price but I'm betting I'd be keeping my eye out for a beat up one to save some $).

ever since the release of the 3g
iphone 2G phones have dropped about 50-100 dollars in price...
as you can tell...people that aren't buying the 3g, don't need the data, so 2G is what they are really looking for anyways...

anyways
price for an 8gb iphone should be hovering around low 300s nowadays for mint condition

if you're lucky, you can spot one for 250ish, but those get taken immediately, so keep your eyes peeled on BST
