Instead of spending $200 for a new hoist, I thought that I could buy a drywall lift/hoist from someone else who does not need it anymore. I would rent it, but the plan is to do the ceiling over several weeks.

If anyone has an extra drywall drill that they got from one of the recent HD deals, I would also be interested.

Bought Dewalt drywall gun + cutter for 120$ few months ago.
The gun itself goes for about 80-90 on sale.
