I have a flat roof above my garage. It's been leaking for the past couple years. I've done my best to patch it. Now it's at the point where it needs to be replaced. I'm contemplating adding a peak and shingling it. I'm looking at about 10K for that. Out of my range. Any suggestions? Please help!
