I want to keep my garage door in good shape.
Is there a grease made specific for garage doors? (where to buy them?)
or using WD40 is good enough?
thanks

Like most products, the manufacturer recommends certain grease and lubricants. Check with your door manufacturer for what they suggest. I use a white lithium grease (spray) for any part that needs lubrication and nothing in the track. I have polyurethane wheels and don't want anything on the rolling surface.
I have a torsion spring and find that a regular application of this grease cuts down on the noise the spring makes as it twists.
