Bump,
Reliance just came to my door offering to upgrade my tank and switch me from Direct Energy. got me to think about replacing it myself and buying a new one. I've been renting for 10 years at $20 a month. That's about $2400.
I'm thinking of just going to Home Depot and getting them to install a new one for me, unless someone would recommend against that and go with a specific professional in Mississauga.
Thanks

I would first check with Direct Energy as you might have to buy out your current tank. 10 years your tank is probably work less then
$500 r.

I am checking out tank-less ones as I heard they save 20-30% of heating cost compared to regular ones.
