flyes in my indoor flower pot

I recently put a Jasmin flower plant in our home, after couple of days I found many flying bugs and found the bugs source is the plant pot. In the pot mud there are hundreds of not fully formed bugs and other living things, I am not sure when they are grown, right now I moved the pot to out side to avoid flying bugs. Is there any permanent solutions for these bugs?

Those are gnats....you can buy a powder to get rid of them.

Thanks man, what kind of power I need to buy? Do you suggest any brand name, do I need to be careful when selecting a brand power so that it will not harm the plant?
