Only available in Vaughan.
Resolution is listed as 1024 x 768, which seems odd for a TV.
Claims 1 year warranty, which seems long for a refurb

they have some at kennedy which is kennedy and lawrence right beside my house....im gonna go check em out .....warranty says 30 days but then higher up ur right it says 1 year....if theyll give me the 1 year i might take it..... anybody know why the resolution is 1024 x 768 - that is not a widescreen resolution!

yes it's widescreen, a lot of 720p plasmas use this. rectangular pixels i believe.

anyone care to comment on the deal? tv has gotten good ratings... problem is id have to spend $100 extra on a 2 year warranty... any better 42 inchers in the $800 price range?

I picked up the HPT4264 at future shop a couple of months ago for $899 . It included a 2 year warrenty. I shopped a lot till I found the deal I wanted. Very happy with the TV. I think the HPT4254 is just missing a couple of features like USB support and such. A 30 day warrenty would bother me though. I think Futureshop has cleared out all these sets by now.
I get tired hearing about how LCDs are better than Plasma sets from the self proclaimed experts. My Plasma has given me zero issues.:cheesygri
