Harmony 520 remote + expressvu pvr?

Does anyone know if the Logitech Harmony 520 remote (hot deal at Zellers a few weeks ago) will work with the 2nd tv set up with and Expressvu 5200 hd pvr? I'm guessing it won't because the 2nd tv feed operates with a UHF remote and not IR.

It depends if there are IR codes to operate the 2nd TV. You can't always tell for sure by looking at the default remote that comes with the PVR - sometimes there are different optional remotes for the same gear. And you can't always tell by the default setup provided by the Harmony database - often there are other device entries under different names which have other optional codes not in the base set. Check around to see if there are any alternative remotes for your PVR, from ExpressVu or perhaps from U.S. cable/sat providers using the similar equipment. Then check the Harmony database device listings for anything similar to your PVR. I've often found entries like "XYZ PVR - 2nd TV" that don't come up by default when I specify that I have "XYZ PVR".
