I can't find what I'm looking for in the MS help section, hopefully someone here can answer my questions:

Excel: I've somehow disabled the shortcut key for editing. Usually I press F2 and it allows me to edit the cell I'm in, but now when I press it nothing happens. How can I get it to work again?

Word: I want to create an bulletin for an advertisement. One that is landscape view describing what's for sale and at the bottom lots of tabs with my phone number that can be teared off...is there a template I can download, or how do you do this?

Thanks in advance.

I'm going to guess you have some other app that has overidden this keyboard shortcut. Its right in the Excel help file, I doubt you can disable it within Excel:

"F2 - Edit the active cell and position the insertion point at the end of the cell contents. "

If you search "Keyboard shortcuts" in Help, and then go to "Edit Data" you'll see it there.

are you using an MS keyboard? Some of them have an F Lock key in the upper right corner of the board. make sure it's enabled.

do it manually you could create it from scratch
can goto the properties of the page and set it landscape.
use the text box tool and create a row of boxes and enter your number in the box (rotate the 90deg inside the box)

you can search the MS Office site for templates (be sure to be use a valid legit copy of Office though). for example:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC010178421033.aspx?pid=CT101466191033
or
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC061076691033.aspx?pid=CT101433001033

if you have MS Publisher:
"Most all versions of Publisher have tear-away flyers. File, New, Publications for Print, Flyers, scroll down to Announcement Flyers. In 2007 you will have to sort through the flyers, but they are there. "
