Bought a 40D kit as a back-up and don't need this lens as I shoot with FF.

Like mentioned in this post, it's new (bought the kit 3 days ago and can show you the receipt). This sale only includes the lens and the plastic bubble wrap bag it came with (no box, it was enclosed in the same box as the body).
