I have a 8gb iPhone unlocked and jailbroken so it will work with any carrier. It is in mint perfect condition and has screen protector on it (so no scratches at all). In addition it comes with original box and all the original contents! (usb, charger, headphones, cradle etc). Its an awesome phone, I just had to switch to Blackberry because of my work.
