For people who've used megabus.. how long are the delays at border?

June 24.. I'm going to Buffalo airport from royal york hotel.. bus leaves at 9am, suppose to arrive in buf at 11:30pm. I have a flight at 2:32pm.. but i hear the bus is always an hour or more late because of customs=\ Do you think I will make it?

edit: im flying domestic/one piece of luggage

Depends on the day, number of people in the bus, number of busese in general.

Since it is mid week and not before a holiday you should be "okay" but, don't know if I would trust their schedule too much. First, they switch drivers in Buffallo... I don't think they will take a break there on the way there (didn't for us, just a quick stop over) but potential for more delays. Looks like a bunch of construction on the route too.. Might want to check with others who have taken the day bus across....

It really does depend, it's hard to give an exact figure. Check out the government's website, they have a page with real-time updates on the border crossings. That will be helpful for you on the day you're ready to travel.
