LF: Good carpet cleaning service

Hi - we need to have our carpets steam-cleaned and I hate to just pull a company off the internet and hope for the best. Looking for a recommendation on a carpet cleaning company (and of course, a great deal!)

Try Sears. I had some small company come and shampoo my carpets with a little machine, and they were still grubby. I got Sears in and they did a wonderful job for me with their bigger machines.

Thanks, guys - that's just what I was looking for.. I didn't realise Sears did carpet cleaning. I, too, have had bad experiences with the "no name" brands so I'm glad there's a reputable option with Sears..

Did you end up getting your carpets cleaned by Sears? I'm looking to get mine cleaned too and was wondering if they did a good job. Did you have any "challenging" spots/areas? Was it actually Sears or do they contract out to someone?

We had ours done by chemdry in ottawa. Did a fantastic job. I believe if you not satisied you don't have to pay. I think his name was rick.
