Hi,

Wasn't sure where to post this -- the Monterey Bay Aquarium has a variety of Web cams on their site. There's one for the penguins and two for their kelp garden. They're set up for optimal viewing during feeding times. They also have an audio broadcast during the feedings (for people at the aquarium) which actually gives a lot of interesting info:

If you go at a feeding time (I think they're 10:30 am and 3 pm PST, so there's one pretty soon) there's lots of activity as the staff hands out the fish. The same for the kelp garden, if you catch the feeding times, there's *tons* of fish activity.
