I just got this one, but it's pretty choppy (even though it claims up to 30fps depending on the system, and my PC is core 2 with 2gb of ram so they seem to be full of it), and the picture quality is farily bad. My guess is it's too cheap to perform.

Wondering if you guys know anything that's not choppy and has decent video quality, but doesn't break the bank.

I was thinking maybe this

but don't know if it'll be any better, or if they'll have stock in my area, since they say the have 3, and that often means they won't be able to find any.

Any opinions/other places where I can find one that performs and isn't expensive?

I bought this http://factorydirect.ca/catalog/product_spec.php?pcode=MS0001
at factorydirect for 19.99

The webcam works great although it is refurb. The image quality, frame rate and built-in mic are all very good. In fact, the mic is so good that i can talk clearly on skype even if it is 1m away from my face. However, it is not good for gaming (of course)
