Hey everybody,
I'm gonna have an interview in a couple of weeks for a Claims Rep. position at an insurance company and I'm just wondering if there are any good advice. what questions should I expect?
Behavioral questions would definetely be asked but I am kinda weak in this segment. Recently, I got an interview with Rogers for a CSR position, I was asked how I handled a situation in the past that involved a customer who was unsatisfied with my employer's products/services but I couldn't come up with a solid answer. When I was in university a few years ago, (i graduated last year btw) I had a few jobs like fast food server and grocery clerk but I just couldn't come up with anything that's deserves a worthy mention.
I would like to know, should I be totally honest with these answers? I mean, does it have to be situations that actually happened in my past work experiences? If I were to answer that question involving a unsatisfied customer, does the interviewer expect some sophisticated example? what would you guys say (something plausible)?
Also, should I expect some insurance specific questions? if so, what types of these questions should I expect?
Thanx
