Besides scouring good wills and salvation army stores:razz:


Retailers clubs? Cash back credit cards? promotions? online deals? possible rebates with common purchases ( The lcbo used to give a 4 dollar coupon on purchases at chapters during winter, something like that)?

what kind of books? like school texts? books for personal interests?

flea markets n other small book store usually carry books for a gd price.
e.g. store beside World's biggest book store, ive seen have cheap prices

btw the store is at yonge/dundas

depends on what your looking for - but second hand - try craigslist and kijiji and freecycle.org

new kids books: Miko warehouse sale is open for the next 2 weeks and you can score amazing deals there.

eBay (sometimes < $1) and Amazon have got some cheap deals (but you have to pay for shipping). I find my local library in GTA also has cheap old books.
