Hi,

Was wondering if anyone knows the name of a fitness equipment I saw on one of those infomercials one night? The equipment attaches to the back of any chair. It has a long metal post that goes above your head with what looked like two rubber bands attached to a pulley(I think). When you pull on band down the other one goes up. Good for working out your Frozen Shoulder.

Can anyone please name this equipment or know of any other equipment that is good for people with frozen shoulder?

thanks in advance

Therabands are good for rehabbing shoulder injuries. So are strength bands from Jump Stretch, which are even better, because they're more versatile and can be used for many other exercises.

Personally, I think the gimmicky stuff sold on TV is always a waste of money. It's not the equipment that matters most of the time, it's you personally putting the necessary work in and doing it the proper way.
