Jaime Brenkus more famously known as the 8 minute abs guy is now in the North America fitness industry big time. He is even offering a free Fitness and nutrition e book on the website,called "Get Lean in 15" ....just got the book email,seems a good read ......

Pilot u dont seem to be a fitness freak, Jamie is a decent name in the industry and I have read the book and seen his videos. If there is a version of the book available for free its worth a peek.

Exactly! Not to mention there's very little about fitness on that site, it's mostly about making money. Although I didn't really read it thoroughly, I'm sure it has to do with referrals of some kind.
