FSR at Coast Capital Call Center

Has anyone worked as an FSR at a Coast Capital Savings call center? Care to share your experiences, what you liked, what you didn't, what your job description was, salary, etc...

I'm interested in applying, but I want to know more about the call center atmosphere before I go for it.
