Cheapest online rental of Childrens movies

Can anyone please recommend the cheapest place to rent Childrens movies, quantity and speed are not important, I just want one movie at a time and it won't be necessary to have it longer than a day.

I'm also open to any local stores, I even tried my library, which is $2 a rental, maybe I won't be able to beat that.

Does anyone know if all Blockbusters offer this .99 pricing? how old does a movie have to be to qualify for .99?

I called my local Blockbuster and they said the .99 promotion is over, it is 3.99 even for an older film or 1.99 if it just one episode of a tv show.

Damn, anyone else with any ideas in Montreal or online for cheapest rentals of older kids movies, anyone know of those automated DVD dispensers in the West Island, I think those are supposed to be .99, but you have a really small amount of time to rent them.
