Does it conduct body odor? For example, if I shave or trim areas, will body odor be reduced?

body hair can absorb odours, and if there is no body hair, then there is a reduction of BO

Use an epilator. It yanks each hair from its roots one by one.
I bought a Philips Satinelle Epilator recently.
Not for the faint of heart.

why wouldn't you just wax? Doesn't waxing do the same thing but masses at a time?

It's less messy. And I'm a masochist like that. Kidding. Once you're used to waxing, epilating is actually not that painful.

A man is supposed to have some hair. Properly manscaped of course.
Waxing is for chicks.

100% correct, bodyhair absorbs odor, or can hold it and intensify it if you don't bath.

Krusty: But our infomercials are running 24 hours a day!
[flips TV on]
[a woman goes over her upper lip with a chomping Krusty
shaver-type thing]
Johnny: So, what do you think of the Lady Krusty Mustache Removal
System now, Angelique?
Angelique: It's Krusteriffic, Johnny Unitas. But is my upper lip
supposed to bleed like this?
Johnny: Probably.
