Just started running for cardio and want to know the most comfortable stuff to when running.

Is it better to wear a no sleeve/longsleeve shirt? A compression shirt/loose shirt etc...

Currently I wear underarmour compression shorts, swimming shorts, and a longsleeve rashguard (underarmour) and running shoes.

Sweating more doesn't help you, you're not loosing weight just water.
As for what to wear, whatever is comfortable to you. I like wearing compression short, they keep "things" from bouncing too much lol :)
Get a good pair of running shoes, they are the most important piece of equipment.

How about those longsleeve ones? I was looking for something to keep me cool and remove my sweat easily. Unless its better to just wear a T-shirt.

A t-shirt and shorts if the weather is warm enough.

Just t shirt and shorts or if it's chilly, a hoodie.

They have shirts from Nike or Adidas that is a material that many runners use. You can find some cheap ones at Winners.

I'm a Nike Dri-Fit billboard when I run.. I find their technology the best for my body... cold runs, long sleeve shirt with compression shorts. hot weather, short sleeve or tank with short running shorts (and a cap)

Dry-fit type material.. usually a blend of cotten and spandex? It helps wick away moisture keeping you dry and cool (or warm)... it WORKS!

A mix of under armour, nike dry fit, and Easton compression shorts for me.

Yeah I'm a big fan of the Nike Pro line as well and have compression shorts and tops from it. Dri-Fit doesn't work as well as it does initially after using it a prolonged period of time though.
