I went to woodbine racetrack for the first time. Even though there were no race happening at the track, there was a lot of stuff going on the TV's. I had no clue what was going on.:(
Anybody know what goes on those TV's, i saw a bunch of horses, and numbers.

Plus I was wondering, how do you go about betting in those races??:D

I wanted to check out the casino, but I couldn't go since my bro isn't 18.

Your bro needs to be 19 to get to the slots.

when you want to watch a race happening at woodbine itself, would you have to pay to get in?

there is usually Simulcast racing on most every day. Here is the link for May. (http://www.woodbineentertainment.com/schedule/simulcast_schedules/simulcast_May2008.pdf)

However, bear in mind that Woodbine is one of the WORST places to bet on horse racing. Their 'take' is far higher than other tracks. You can read far more about the sad state of affairs at Woodbine at this blog. (http://cangamble.blogspot.com/) Bottom line, if you want to bet on CDN horse racing you're better off doing it through an offshore betting website.
