Rogers cellphone plan deal

I currently have a plan which costs (after taxes and eveything) about 42$, and it's not great at all, one of the basic ones i tihnk, with like only 100 min day and 100 SMS etc.

I want a better plan, how do i do this, who do i call, what do i say and what do i demend, can someone please summarize this to me?

did u sign a contract with them? if so..they really don't give a f&$k about giving u a deal until your contract expires....if possible...change provider

really? can't I ask them for a better deal? What if i sign for another 3 years, what things should i be asking for....I'm not looking for some off the hook deal, just something cheaper and better then what I have now, since it's probably the worst plan available and its pricey.

Anny help would be appreciated.

Yea but that's the point, I can't read 300+ pages, and some of it is realy realy old posts so i dont know if it applies today, can't someone just quickly summarize it?
