I'm looking to buy an Altima 08 2.5 sl.
So far best I've been quoted
for 2.5 sl $ 33,855.00 - before tax is $29,960.18 and I now I got it down to $32,500.00 before tax is $28,761.06
All pricing includes taxes and other costs, these are total out the door prices.
Is this a good deal? What have most of you pay for it you have brought one this year?
How low can I go???

Hmmm, somebody else can probably explain it better than me.
APA is www.apa.ca, basically they negotiate for you or something and give you a price...

From what I've heard around these forums, people pay $60 for memberships and save $1000-$5000 on the car without much negotiation.

when i was looking for a sedan last year....i priced out the altima 2.5 SL and it had approx 2800 markup from the invoice price.... just find a dealer that will give it to for 3000 under the retail price.... the markup/factory rebates for the 08/09 might have changed , so you might want to sign up with car cost canada or apa.

thanks for the recommendation, so i should try to get $3000 off the retail after or before tax?

why not offer it to some dealerships..... who knows, someone might bite....if no one bites then raise your offer 300 over invoice...

carcostcanada.com
Is there a particular reason? Cause I am now able to get almost $5,000 off the MSRP without any of these websites.
