Does anyone know of a bank that offers free USD chequing and/or savings account?

If not, what's the deal for USD banking for Canada? I'm looking for the lowest fee. Interest rate is not a big deal.

ING is free.

Both are savings accounts.

thx for the info. i guess i should have added the reason for needing this account.

I have two sources of USD. One is from my family in the US. and Second is USD that is in my investment accounts. I dun want to have to exchange it cdn, cuz i might occasionally actually need to withdraw some USD for trips to the US. So I just want a usd chequing account so that i can EFT from the investment account to the chequing. then, I would go to the bank branch to withdraw some USD. And same deal for the other way around. If i get some USD cash, I want to deposit it into the chequing account and EFT from the chequing to the investment account.

So i would like to keep a very low balance, if any at all, on the chequing account.

Is there a way better way of doing this?
