No, unless, perhaps, a disability or other medical condition was involved. Or you had a legitimate reason to claim such as a business expense.

But as an able-bodied student, not a chance..

Is special case, it can be claimed as business expense; if for example, you run your own business, and you have to pay university parking fee to make a sale, etc.

If you are a student with no disability.. NO!

But if you are contracted by the university to work there, and your principle office is at home.. then it is a diff story.
