I used to have 7600gt. set on clone at 1024 x 768 for my 19" monitor and 32" lcd tv..
I recently upgraded to 9600gt. My 19" is working fine. But my 32" is just showing a blank picture. the lcd tv is appearing but just not working. tried all resolutions.
Hopefully someone will be able to help.

thanks

When you startup Windows, do you see it on both screens (until you login Windows)? E.g. Does your TV just turn blank after you enter Windows? If you haven't tried it, try powering on both monitor before starting your PC and check. If thats the issue, just goto your Nvidia Desktop and set clone image again.

If your Nvidia manager does not show the 32" TV, then odds are there is a loose connection somewhere so try plugging everything in again.

As last resort, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling new drivers. Nvidia recently released new drivers for both your cards (well both use the same drivers now).

1)Turns black immediatly dont even see the boot screen.
2 it shows it just nothing happening
3) I will retry the drivers hopefully works..

Edit: No luck.
Even put back in 7600gt. worked instantly using same driver/settings.
errr this is annoying.

happy to report problem is solved. after multiple re-installations, shutdowns and switching between 7600gt and 9600gt card multiple times. It finally suddenly started to work randomly. But all good now to enjoy the new card yatta!
