Lol, I give them a call... "I can't find the movie, do you have an UPC by chance..?"
edit - ok never mind, they don't even carry it or really can't find it.

Every time I look at the prices of HD/blu Ray in Wallymart
they're SKY HIGH!
/That will be the day when I spend more than twenty bucks on a movie..

I saw this in the glass display case (shelf-end) at the St. James Walmart.
It's were all of the Blu-Ray's are kept.
I initially stopped because Total Recall was $14.98 (BD) and then saw about 12 copies of 3:10, with the top two showing sticker prices of $9.98.
I'm heading there after work and will take a crude cell-phone pic for you guys.

Why aren't you buying? You have a home theater system and HD-DVD. Just haven't bought into blu-ray yet?

Not true.
Just came back from Walmart (Kennedy / Finch) still shows $29 >:(

We'll need to have one actually scanned. When the HD discs were marked down, half the stores didn't put the lower tags on them.
My guess is that a St. James employee put the wrong tag on it.

Just got back home....it was a pricing error and I missed it. When I went back they had pulled about half of the copies.
Asked a CSR and they spotted it a few hours after I left and had them stacked by the register...with $9.98 stickers in plain view.
Sorry for the goose chase.
