Good Restaurants in Scarborough?

I want to take my mom out for dinner sometime next week since she has to work on Mother's Day which really sucks. On special occasions, we've eaten at The Keg (it was alright but hella expensive), Red Lobster (mmmm, seafood) and at Mandarin but for this year, I want to do something different from the norm.

Just keep in mind that I'm a college student with a limited income and I don't drive so it has to be fairly hassle-free going to and from the place by TTC or taxi.

I love this restaurant...the decor is gorgeous, and you can get huge, delicious meals for like $15-20.
