I'm looking for a high energy diet. My energy I mean just that, be able to do all sorts of physical tasks(not heavy) for long periods of time. I'm guessing I'll need to eat lots of calories/carbs? Does this mean pasta and red meat?
Can you guys give me some possible snacks/meals that I can follow to achieve this? I'm hoping to stay on this diet for a few weeks so that it can get into my system and well be ready. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
