Hi guys,
I just got Costco summer savings coupon book. Between May 12 and 25, Infinity Ladies' and Men's Superior bikes are on sale, original price $159.99 with $30 coupon.
Does anyone own this bike? How is it? I am not a 'sport' guy, just for weekend beach ride and etc.
Thanks,
Nick

We've had/have an Infinity bike. It rides fine and is quite light (weight).

if you need a bike to get from point A to point B then the bike is adequate.
Otherwise department store bikes are pretty crap.
Bad quality, badly built by unskilled/untrained bike mechanics.

Infinity is a brand only sold by Costco. They are made by Mordo & Son who also make bikes for Sport Check, Zellers, and others.
At Costco the people who assemble the bikes go through a course every year on how to properly do it (which is better than most department stores) but they are not bike mechanics.

Infinity's at Sportchek too.
Try to get department store prices for cheap as you can, because their specifications are usually really cheap in comparison to high end parts, so the cost to make the parts + assembly is dirt cheap.
Assembly of those things cost only around $10-20.
