your best bet is to check your local bike shop. they should be able to put a wheel together for you for pretty cheap (around $60?).
but in all honesty, your next bike should probably be something of less dubious quality than a sportchek bike.

how did you bend the rim and damage the spokes?
take it back to sportchek and maybe it will still be under some sort of warranty
