Don't believe so. Last year they had picked up at the concourse so you don't need to go in before picking it up. Could be wrong for this year though

yes there is a center sports store on the side where u can pick up the jersey without tics to the game.

ANd i think its 150+ tax.

The store locks its outer doors when the game is on and you can not get in. You could pick up during the day, I'm sure they lock the outer doors early like 5:00 pm or something like that on game day.
