Is this a decent deal? $139.99 Price seems pretty good when I compared US retailers.

HP 500GB Personal Media Drive (HD5000)
The HP Personal Media Drive is the fast and easy way to add high-speed storage to your PC. It provides the storage you need for your digital photos, videos, MP3 files files and recorded TV programs, and it serves as a great way to back up your personal files. Use it alone, connected via USB cable with any PC, or in the chassis slot of select HP PC products.

Only warm if you need the personal media drive to fit the bay in an HP machine.

Most m series HP media center machines fit 3 drives internally, so it's cheaper to just buy an internal 500+gb drive instead if you don't need portability.

If you don't need the HP drive design, an aftermarket drive and enclosure will be cheaper...

Too bad my M7250N only have one spot for another hard drive and it's already been used. :(
